This peer support group is designed to provide a safe space to normalise conversations surrounding the various emotions and challenges that accompany loss. It allows participants to express their feelings without fear of judgment or misunderstanding. Please note that this is a peer led group, it does not provide counselling or therapy. This group also extends to individuals who are helping loved ones navigate their grief journeys.
