“The fear is often worse than the reality. This is why talking about death and dying is so helpful”. Dr Kathryn Mannix

At a Death Cafe it allows us to have discussions that explore our thoughts and feelings around death and dying in a relaxed environment. Helping us make informed decisions & choices, when that time comes.

It also allows our focus to be on embracing life until then. The important part of living well.

The inaugural Death Cafe for Mid Canterbury is at The Plant Based Pantry in Ashburton in September, joining all the other Death Cafe New Zealand groups around Aotearoa. It coincides with Dying Matters Week Aotearoa.

Hosted by Justine Mowe, Holistic & Integrative therapist offering End of Life Doula support, through Wildflower Wellness. I look forward to chatting with you.
