What if knowing your life is finite could help you live it more fully? Most of us spend very little time consciously considering our mortality. We know life ends, of course, but somehow we manage to keep that truth at arm’s length. ALIVE TO THIS is an invitation to gently change that.

This is a guided mortality journey exploring what happens when we stop looking away from the fact that life is finite.
Not morbid.
Not heavy.
Not about dwelling on death.

Instead, this is about life.
About presence.
About what matters.
About noticing what we’ve been rushing past.
About reconnecting with the preciousness of being here.

You don’t need to be dying. You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need to have any particular beliefs about death. You simply need to bring some curiosity and a willingness to explore. Because perhaps mortality isn’t an invitation to think more about dying. Perhaps it’s an invitation to become more ALIVE TO THIS. Come curious. Come open. Come ready to explore what mortality might have to teach you about living.
