Samantha Woods has been working as a Change and Relationship Facilitator at Kāpiti Community Health, part of Tū Ora, Compass Health and in her role there, she produced an in-depth document outlining the care options and other end-of- life choices available for people on the Kāpiti Coast. She will share her exhaustive, up-to-date knowledge in this talk.
