This free community presentation offers a gentle introduction to Advance Care Planning. You’ll
learn what an Advance Care Plan is, how it differs from an Advance Directive, where to access
New Zealand’s free planning resources, and how to start meaningful conversations with the
people you love.

Whether you’re planning for yourself or supporting someone close to you, you’ll leave with the
confidence to take the first step. This is a relaxed, welcoming session with plenty of opportunity
to ask questions.
