Thinking about no longer having capacity can be a daunting prospect, but it is a reality that an increasing number of Kiwis are facing as they age. In this presentation we will be discussing how you can prepare for an uncertain future by setting up Enduring Powers of Attorney, Advanced Health Care Directives and what the process could look like for your loved ones when these documents are not in place.
