A Gentle Conversation About Living and Dying

Death is one of the few experiences we all share, yet it’s something many of us rarely talk about. What if making space for these conversations could help us live with greater intention, gratitude, and connection?

Join experienced end-of-life doulas Gaylene Delaney and Robyn Wilson for a gentle, interactive mini workshop that invites curiosity, reflection, and meaningful conversation.

This isn’t about finding answers or confronting fears. It’s an opportunity to explore what gives your life meaning, what matters most to you, and the legacy you hope to leave behind. Through guided conversation and simple reflective activities, you’ll consider how an awareness of mortality can inspire us to live more fully in the present.

No special knowledge or experience is needed, and there are no right or wrong answers. Whether this is your first time thinking about these topics or you’ve reflected on them before, you’ll be welcomed into a warm, respectful, and supportive space where everyone is free to participate in whatever way feels right for them.

Come as you are, and leave with new perspectives, meaningful conversations, and perhaps a deeper appreciation for the life you’re living today.
