Dying to Know Cards – Starting the Conversation

Te Atawhai Aroha have designed and made two sets of cards that can be used to initiate conversations wth whānau about their wishes for end of life and after death. They are printed in both Te Reo and English.

Both packs are used to help someone talk about their wishes and preferences for their care at end of life.  One pack has basic prompts while the other has a more advanced set of conversation starters.

Talking in advance can reduce stress at the time of a serious illness and can help your family make decisions about your care if you can no longer make them for yourself. They can be used in a group or with an individual. These cards are $30 for one pack or $50 for both.
