Grief Walking

Date: 11/09/2026
Time: 10:00 am – 11:00 am
Venue: Meet outside the front of Kaiapoi Library – Ruataniwha Kaiapoi Civic Centre, Kaiapoi, North Canterbury

Grief is a universal human experience, yet it is deeply personal and often felt in ways that can leave us feeling isolated. Grief Walking offers a supportive space to walk, talk, reflect, and connect. It provides an opportunity to check in with yourself, maybe start to process your thoughts and emotions through movement, and have meaningful conversations with a professional guide along the way.
Kia ora, I’m Liz, a registered social worker, an end-of-life doula and host of Death Café, North Canterbury, I am offering this one-off opportunity to walk and talk as part of Dying Matters Week 2026. If this resonates with you, I invite you to get in touch. We can have a chat whether Grief Walking feels like the right support for you at this time.
