Remembering Your Loved One

Death is a very personal experience. One way in which people choose to process their grief is through writing. We’re inviting people in the community to remember their loved ones by writing a poem or short story. By sharing stories about death and dying, we believe it helps us all to better understand these experiences, and be better prepared to not only support ourselves but also support others.

Poems and stories submitted using the form below will be published on this website with a photo of your loved one (if provided).

Please fill in the form below with your details and memory of your loved one.
