Dying Matters Week Online Events

Dying Matters Week is a new national event supporting people in the community to start conversations, learn from experts, and feel empowered to put end-of-life planning in place to create peace of mind for themselves and their loved ones.

In-person activities took place from Monday 5th to Sunday 11th August 2024 around New Zealand, including resources and information from local businesses, a curated collection of books on grief and dying, and free workshops and presentations from experts in end-of-life and death-care.

In 2024, there were also a number of free online events anyone could join.
