An Elephant in the Room: Talking About Sad Stuff

In this unique session, we’ll explore the often-taboo topic of death in a gentle and interactive way. Engage in activities and games that prompt learning and bring peace of mind to end of life planning.  Discover surprising insights, laugh a little, and leave with a new perspective on life’s ultimate mystery. Don’t miss this unique opportunity to lighten the mood and discuss the elephant in the room in a refreshing way.

A Life Well Lived ... & Why Death Awareness Matters

Free presentation and open conversation around the value of relationships and community at end of life, the importance of living fully, and how to prepare for elder years, with death in mind. Practical tools and resources for ease of daily living, enhanced wellbeing as we age and how having greater death awareness helps enhance the beauty and enjoyment of being alive.
