I offer one to one therapy which is a combination of Counselling, Psychotherapy, NLP, clinical Hypnotherapy, inquiry, deep listening. I have a quiet mind (no making anything client says mean anything), an open heart (no judgement) and no personal agenda. It is about listening deeply and supporting people to drop their old survival patterns and be true to their true selves.

Why are you involved in Dying Matters Week?

People are afraid of death and I wish to support more open conversations about dying. Starting with where they are at, maybe information – be it a will or ACP.

Tell us about your 2025 programme

We had 10 speakers at the Paraparaumu Library. (Wills & legal stuff, ACPs, Funeral options, care of the bereaved, planning a final farewell, nutrition, Qi Gong, Assisted Dying, Coping with the fear of dying, childhood parental bereavement.) An Expo with 16 stalls and open time at the crematorium with Council advisors for cemeteries also there. Find out more…
