Welcome to Dying Matters Week Auckland
Mercy Hospice and the team from Honohono Tātou Katoa brought Dying Matters Week 2024 to Auckland. This event is all about supporting people in Auckland to start conversations, learn from experts, and feel empowered to put end-of-life planning in place to bring peace of mind to themselves and their loved ones.
Local libraries in Birkenhead, Mt Roskill and Avondale hosted events from Wednesday 7th to Sunday 11th August, including resources and information from local businesses, a curated collection of books on grief and dying, workshops, pop-up events and Q&A sessions from a variety of local experts.
