By M Rudd

sorting clothes/ owners scent no more/
memories spring clean/ many
wardrobes/ fashion fabric/ pashmina
sighs / amazed at array/ many shoes to
suit/ soon to stride fresh feet/ take to
streets/ share sunflower clothes/unisex
sizes son to grow into/caretaker home
alone/ dancing with despair/ sob bass
beat/ together arm in arms/ of her
sartorial splendor/ he wrings out one
last memory/ of every song they danced

Dedicated to my wife, Shosh Rudd-Cohen.
