Treza is an Irish Kiwi, living in Auckland New Zealand, and working as an End of Life Doula. She started her practice about 2.5 years ago, and called it Swansong. Treza is passionate about better end of life care for all, and especially educating people on what their options are for their health, and their death and afterwards.
We don’t talk about death enough in society today, and Treza advocates for more positive death conversations, in order for people to live a better life by accepting their own mortality. Her main passion in this work is to help people to be able to die well, at home, if that is their wish.
Treza was interviewed on the Heart Place Hospital Podcast.
