As part of the 1000 Hearts Project, we invite you to gather and sew felt hearts together, fostering connections within our community. Each heart crafted is a tribute to loved ones we have lost, a symbol of remembrance and solidarity. Take your heart home as a keepsake or contribute it to our “Remembrance Tree,” where it will hang alongside others, creating a beautiful collage of memories. Together, let’s change the world, one heartfelt stitch at a time.
