Dying Matters Week Christchurch

The week brings together individuals, whānau, and communities to acknowledge the importance of open and honest conversations about dying, death, and bereavement.

Dying Matters Week connects people across Aotearoa to create safe and welcoming spaces to share experiences, learn from local experts, and access practical information and support. Through talks, workshops, and community-led sessions, participants are encouraged to get their affairs in order, better understand end-of-life planning, and find guidance in navigating grief and loss.
