Please keep reading for instructions on how to list and edit your business or confirm an existing listing on the Go With Grace Business Directory.

Confirming existing listings

If your business has been added to our Directory as part of our launch, we will be sending you an email asking if you are happy for your business to be listed in the Directory. Confirming this via the unique link we send you allows you to change details such as the address and add a business description to help people searching the website.

How do I confirm my free listing?

1. Click on the ‘confirm your listing’ link you received by email (if you haven’t received an email but your business is listed in the Directory, please email us at hello@gowithgrace.nz)
2. Create a business account, add your name, the same email address where you received your confirm link and a password (your username will be your email address)
3. Click on the ‘Create an Account’ button to claim your listing and setup your business account

How do I login to my business account?

1. After registering, you will see a ‘thank you for registering’ message on screen
2. From there, login to your new business account
3. Use your email address as the username and the password you created when confirming your business
4. When returning to the website, use the orange login button at the top right of the website to login to your account

Editing Your Listing

How do I view my listing?
Once you have confirmed your business, login to your account and click on the ‘View business’ button to see and edit your business listing.

Why is other content showing on my free listing page?
If you have a free BASIC listing, your Go With Grace listing page will show your business name, email address, social links, website address and a short description at the top of the page. The rest of the page will show Go With Grace content from other parts of the website. If you upgrade to a paid membership plan, this content will be replaced with your own.

How do I edit my free listing?
Once logged in, click on the ‘Visit dashboard’ button to edit or upgrade your business listing (note that once you are logged in, you can get to your dashboard at any stage using the orange ‘Dashboard’ button on the top right of your screen). You will see and be able to edit fields available on your plan.

You can also edit your listing via the ‘edit listing’ button at the bottom of your business page (as long as you are logged in).

How do I save my listing changes?
Click on the ‘Update Listing’ button at the bottom of the listing edit page at any stage to save whatever content you have loaded. Note that as soon as you do this, newly added content will appear on your listing page on the live website.

What if I don’t want to be listed?
Please email us at hello@gowithgrace.nz and we will remove your listing immediately.

New business listings

How do I list my business?

1. Go to the Membership Plans page…
2. Choose the free listing plan.
3. Click on the signup button at the bottom of the table.
4. You will be taken to a signup page where you can add your name, business contact details and set a username and password for your free account.
5. Tick the privacy box before clicking on the Signup’ button to finalise your signup.
6. You will be redirected to the login page to login to the website and make updates to your business listing.

What will people see when they search for my business?

Free listings are text only ad blocks and appear at the bottom of the category page in alphabetical order.
