Whenua Tapu Cemetery & Crematorium

There is a chapel and crematorium at Whenua Tapu, run by Porirua City Council. The original cremator was replaced and the building lovingly refurbished and strengthened in 2021. The new cremator runs cleanly and efficiently and meets all modern emissions testing.
