By submitting this Sponsorship Application form, you agree to be a non-exclusive Sponsor of the Compassionate Communities Aotearoa Hui 2025 held in Whangārei on 22-24th May 2025 on the following terms and conditions set out below.
You agree to pay the full amount of your sponsorship package as indicated in the Sponsorship Application Form.
Full payment must be received on invoice and within 14 days of the submitted application. Sponsorship entitlements (including any announcements in the event marketing materials) will not begin until payment has been received.
Monies paid are non-refundable.
All amounts stipulated in this agreement are in $NZ dollars and do not include goods and services tax (GST). GST is payable on all options regardless of geographical region the sponsorship is booked from.
Each sponsorship option is sold on a first come, first served basis.
Go With Grace (the hui organiser) may at their absolute discretion use your logo, symbol, trade mark or registered mark in acknowledging your sponsorship in the hui literature where this is offered as part of your particular sponsorship package and no payment shall be made to you for such use. This includes any video or recorded material. You represent and warrant that all materials submitted by you do not infringe the intellectual property rights or moral rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify Go With Grace, their employees and officers and its hui organisers and officers against all loss, liability or reasonable expense arising directly out of an allegation or claim by a third party that the materials (including the use of the materials by Compassionate Communities Aotearoa) infringes the third party’s intellectual rights or moral rights.
Any sharing of sponsorship space is strictly prohibited without the prior consent of Go With Grace. All sponsorships must be under one company name.
All materials for the hui resource pack/bag must be supplied by you by the set date, and to the address we specify prior to the event.
Nothing contained in this Agreement will be deemed to constitute a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between you and Compassionate Communities Aotearoa and you must not do anything where you will, in any way, be represented that you are a partner of Compassionate Communities Aotearoa.
All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by Compassionate Communities Aotearoa in connection with this hui is expressly reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
Compassionate Communities Aotearoa makes no guarantee as to the number of attendees.
All details provided with this Sponsorship Opportunities document are subject to change. Information contained within is provided in good faith, and it is expected that details will not change greatly between now and when the event commences, however this cannot be guaranteed. Compassionate Communities Aotearoa reserves the right to amend event locations as well as all other aspects of the event including the programme, speakers and stated times.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand and each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
Any Saturday workshop sessions are for registered hui attendees only.
Photography, videotaping or filming is not permitted at the venue, without prior consent of Compassionate Communities Aotearoa.
Go With Grace website listings are for 6 months from the date of Sponsorship commencement.
If this event is affected by COVID (or any health or government restriction) or a Force Majeure event, and needs to be postponed, your package will be valid for when the event goes ahead at a future date.
Compassionate Communities Aotearoa reserves the right to refuse any sponsorship application at its own discretion. No correspondence will be entered into regarding this decision.
